Clouds of grey smoke from Alhambra 1.9 tdi

Hello, I have a 2012 Seat Alhambra 1.9 tdi Ecomotive (177 hp/130kw). For the past few weeks I’ve been getting DPF light coming on even though I drive on motorway every day, generally above the regan revs. However, if I turn the ignition on and off the DPF light goes off also. Today when I started the motor I got a huge cloud of grey smoke out of the exhaust, so much that I couldnt see out of the rear window. Strangely for such a major failure there were no engine warning lights. I have Ross-Tech diagnosis so I ran a scan. No engine fault codes. Thinking it may be a stuck injector I took some sensor readings.

IDE00365 Injection amount deviation cylinder 1 -0.73 mg/stroke
IDE00366 Injection amount deviation cylinder 2 0.38 mg/stroke
IDE00367 Injection amount deviation cylinder 3 0.11 mg/stroke
IDE00368 Injection amount deviation cylinder 4 0.22 mg/stroke
IDE02229 Exh.gas temp.sen 1 22.1 °C
IDE02233 Exh.gas temp.sen 2 -0.0 °C
IDE02234 Exh.gas temp.sen 3 107.1 °C
IDE02236 Exh.gas temp.sen 4 97.0 °C
IDE03270 Exh.gas temp.sen 1: unconditioned voltage 4960.6 mV
IDE03271 Exh.gas temp.sen 2: unconditioned voltage 0.0 mV
IDE03273 Exh.gas temp.sen 3: unconditioned voltage 3983.2 mV
IDE03275 Exh.gas temp.sen 4: unconditioned voltage 4120.0 mV

What stands out are low temperatures on sensors 1 & 2 also sensor 2 has zero voltage. I looked at 7zap and can only see 3 temperature sensors, (before DPF, after DPF, before turbo), is the fourth on VCDS an unused channel or have I got a disconnected sensor.

Finally, I checked the oil, its high, incredibly black and very thin. Looks like a lot of dilution. Does this give any clue as to what is going on. Also on Ross Tech which temp sensors are 1-4?

Thanks in advance.
